Me

This self portrait explores themes of anxiety, vulnerability and emotional endurance. Originally created during a period of poor mental health, the image reflects the non linear nature of healing and the quiet persistence required to keep moving forward day by day.

By placing myself within the frame, I use self portraiture as a way of documenting internal experience while opening up conversations around mental health and the importance of asking for support. The work sits between strength and fragility, exploring how photography can become both a personal outlet and a form of emotional honesty.

The shutter was pressed by my brother, making the image both collaborative and deeply personal.
